This year is a Las Vegas style theme entitled Viva Saint Charles with a special appearance by an Elvis impersonator. In addition, we are planning a golf tournament on Monday, June 4th. More information will follow as plans are formalized.

I urge you to consider one of this year’s sponsorship levels; it puts your company ahead of the crowd in prestige as a convention sponsor. Sponsorship also allows us to continue keeping our convention prices low, thus enabling the best attendance and value to our members.

In keeping with this year’s theme we will have a large prize wheel on the exhibitor floor Wednesday afternoon for attendees to spin for a chance to win the grand prize of $1,000.00 cash. Exhibitors who donate prizes will present their prize to the winner. Attendees must be present in the exhibitor hall to win a prize.

We will also have an auction to benefit the MFDEA Scholarship Fund. In past years such items as sporting event tickets, autographed memorabilia, gift certificates and home décor items, and gift baskets have proved very popular. Special booth signage will be provided for MFDEA Firm Trade Members, Endorsed Companies, and Event Sponsors.

The price for exhibit space is only $595.00 for a 10 x 10 booth, less yet for multiple booths, and a discount for a Firm Trade Member of MFDEA.

Please fill out the registration form as soon as is possible, make your booth selection(s), and return the contract to us so we can start making all the necessary arrangements. A confirmation letter and additional materials will be sent to you when your registration is received. And, as always, feel free to call the office (573.635.1661) with any questions or concerns.
